Water’s Edge Inn also offers over-sized private villas in Folly Beach that are great alternatives to long-term stays at Charleston hotels and area vacation rentals. Enjoy these peaceful and elegant 1700-square-foot accommodations with three bedrooms, three full baths, screened porches, gourmet kitchen, and spacious living area, perfect for a family or group vacation for up to six people.
In each Villa, the master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, Jacuzzi tub with separate shower, and plenty of storage space. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed while the third bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms have white, fluffy duvet comforters and luxurious linens.
Each of our gourmet Villa kitchens has granite counter tops, a full-size refrigerator, microwave, full-size stove, fully stocked kitchen wares, dishwasher, and plenty of cabinet space. For dining options, there is a kitchen island with barstools and an adjoining dining area – perfect for entertaining. Each Villa also comes with full-sized washer and dryer for laundry.
Villas are supplied with complimentary bottled water, Charleston Roaster’s coffee, flat-screen TV, cable, and Wi-Fi.
